SPARKLE SNOWFLAKES
The children in Room 12 made special snowflakes to decorate our classroom tree. Each child picked a snowflake, then painted it with “magic paint”. At first, the paint goes on clear. Then as it dries, it creates a “sparkle effect”.
To make this “magic paint”:
1. boil one cup of water
2. add one cup of Epsom salt
3. stir until salt is dissolved
4. let cool
5. you’re ready to paint
Our class could not wait for their snowflakes to dry so they could see the “sparkle effect”. The snowflakes look so beautiful hanging on the tree.
