Miss Amanda’s music enrichment class from Merrick Woods Country Day School celebrated the Chinese New Year with a traditional Chinese Dragon Dance and traditional Chinese music. The celebration continued with a lunch of fried rice, Chinese noodles, and “moon cakes” which the children prepared and baked themselves.
