In Room 3, we made Butterflies to help decorate our room for springtime. First, the children used watercolors to paint a coffee filter. They then took clothespins and put colored pom poms to decorate the body of the butterfly. Then they glued antennas to the pin and took the colored filter and put the pin through the middle to make the wings. The children enjoyed making the butterflies fly around the room.
