This February, the children in Room 1 made beautiful picture frames for their families in celebration of Valentine’s Day. First, we glued four Popsicle sticks together to make a frame. Next, we dumped a box of small puzzle pieces onto the table and let the children glue the pieces all around their frames. Then we added two hearts to the corners which said, ”I Love You to Pieces”. The final step was to glue each child’s picture into it’s frame. While doing this activity the children were working on their fine motor skills without even realizing it. The children were all very proud of their finished frames.
