Miss Carol and Miss Jen
In our Kindergarten Enrichment class we enjoyed reading a variety of Fall holiday stories. One of our favorites was The Leaves Are Falling One By One, by Steve Metzger. We loved it so much that we decided to re-create the story into our own BIG BOOK in honor of Children’s Book Week (November 12-18). Each child helped to illustrate the different pages of the book. When it was completed, we shared it by reading and singing it to some of the classes at Merrick Woods.
