MATZOH BRIE
In Room 3, we have been celebrating the beginning of Spring. Two Springtime holidays we talked about were Easter and Passover. In class, we cooked matzoh brie which is a dish eaten during Passover. It is very simple to make. First, we broke up the matzoh and soaked it in warm water. We then drained the matzoh and set it aside. Then we beat together eggs and milk. Finally, we added the drained matzoh to the egg mixture. We cooked it in a frying pan and enjoyed a tasty treat!
