As Merrick Woods celebrates its 50th year anniversary, so does Dr. Seuss’ “The Cat in the Hat”. In honor of these special events, we had a surprise visitor read the book to the class. The Cat in the Hat came to Room 14 to read to the children! The children loved hearing the story and visiting with Dr. Seuss’ most famous cat.
