Things are Cooking Up in Room 8PM
The children in Ms. Veronica and Ms. Iris’s class had a great experience cooking Matzoh Brie. Each child had an opportunity to act as a little chef and added all the ingredients to our recipe. We saw that we needed plenty of eggs and, of course, the most important ingredient, Matzoh. They really loved crushing and squeezing the Matzoh into small little pieces. We watched how the egg and matzoh mixed together to make it into something very delicious. What a busy kitchen it was!! They surely worked hard and in the end had a very delicious snack. Most of the children really enjoyed the taste. In all it was a wonderful experience.
